All Zhivagos in magnificent form, take my word for it...now to find the money to finish the songs off....arrggghhh..stay tunedDear all, 2009 coming to an end...a new record to think about...whilst still trying to spruik the Blue Atlas at every street corner available.
I think myself and the Zhivgaos are about half way through writing the next one. Davey Lane is on board for this one along with the rest of the fabulous Zhivagos...Matty Vehl on the keys, Art Starr on the bass guitar and Dave Milne behind the tub. We've spent some time at a dear friend's house in country Victoria, hammering out some new songs and are aiming to record the beast sometime in March/April, single in July, watch Dust Devil Music release the beast in Sep, watch it rise to the top of the charts, then retire gracefully to lead a simple life in the country growing artichokes, Amen amen.
Hopefully the 'Next Port of Call' section is up to date, and hopefully see you soon.

Dear readers, The Blue Atlas rolls on...Now a collectors edition double A sided 7' vinyl single of No Fun (Johnston St) and Trees of Brisbane is available for us all to marvel at!

The Zhivagos are at full steam with Davey Lane now on board joining Art Starr, Matty Vehl and Dave Milne. Queenscliff Music Festival show coming up for the band plus stacks of solo gigs. Check them all out in the 'Next Port of Call' section.
The Blue Atlas Winter Ball July 4 was a rip roaring success...audio recordings and video nasty to come...in the meantime here's a link to photos of the night...
